Stay active and keep moving, no matter the weather! Indoor Walking at the Castleton Recreation & Activity Center provides a comfortable, climate-controlled space for community members to walk, socialize, and get some exercise.
Participants are welcome to walk at their own pace around the recreation center. Whether you're looking for a place to maintain your daily routine, get a few extra steps in, or enjoy some friendly conversation, everyone is welcome!
The gymnasium will not be available for indoor walking on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays due to pickleball programming. Availability may also be subject to special events and facility schedules.
